1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging (if applicable)

  • Proof of purchase (order ID / invoice) is provided

⚠️ Products damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items on sale or clearance

  • Gift cards / digital products

  • Personal care or hygiene products (if opened)

  • Customized or made-to-order products

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and clear product photos (if damaged/defective)

  3. Our support team will review and respond within 2–3 business days

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds usually take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is damaged or incorrect

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment only

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days
